Who builds it.
With over a decade in the service trades, including years turning wrenches in HVAC and running my own contracting business, I have lived every side of this work. Field tech, business owner, the one answering the phone and the one on the roof. I know the rhythm of a service call, what techs actually need at their fingertips, and how the whole operation has to flow when the schedule fills up.
I also knew that the software we're expected to pay hundreds for every month wasn't built by anyone who's lived it. So I built something better.
